Nucleic acid extraction is the essential first step for any genetic analysis. At Genseq, high quality DNA or RNA can be obtained from various sources, whether it be whole blood, buffy coat, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), saliva, bone marrow aspirate, Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue or Fresh/Frozen tissue.
