Our sample management service encompasses sample accessioning, storage, quality control (e.g. nucleic acid quantity, purity, and integrity checks), aliquoting, and shipment. All samples are electronically tracked with unique barcode identifiers using our LIMS, and we operate a fleet of automated liquid handling robots to ensure precise sample pipetting.When using our biobanking and sample management service, you have the flexibility to send your samples for downstream data generation at Genseq or you may choose to have your samples shipped elsewhere based on your specific needs.
